An 8 car DMU at Reedsmouth on an excursion from Newbiggin, via the Wansbeck Valley line, to Bellingham for the Redesdale Show on 22/09/1962. The train is pictured to the south of the station on the Border Counties line during the reversal neccesary to access the line north to Bellingham.
